-Supervise overall site works
-Create and update material requirement and planning sheet;
-Track and monitor that materials and equipment delivered to site are checked and verified for correct quality, quantity and type ordered
-Assist Project Managers in the preparation of project plans and ensure the progress of project in accordance with agreed programs
-Check plans, drawings and material quantities for accuracy
-Recommend appropriate solutions for the implementation challenges
-Actively engage with all stakeholders during the course of a project and communicate effectively on project progress and deliverable’s
-Liaise with any contractor, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
-Negotiate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that necessary people resources/skills are available to meet project timescales and resource requirements
-Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
-Overlook quality control, health and safety matters on site
-Obtain a full understanding of site rules and construction-related aspects as per Client policies
-Conduct structured and informal training sessions to IFT contractors when necessary and carries out level or survey work
-Manage asset management for the network equipment
المهارات
-Educated to Degree in computing or engineering field
-At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
-Experience in construction field
-The role holder must have proven leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
-B. Tech/B.E. - Civil
