We are now internally referring to this role as Product Segment Manager. The intent is to position these roles as more about “Market Insights” and Customer Journeys than traditional telco product management.
المهارات
We believe there is enough of a deep talent pool among Saudi nationals to bring in a local with 3-5 years of telco experience to lead the process of translating business objectives to technical requirements. Project Management experience is a must. Telecom engineering education preferred, but would take a marketer who has demonstrated strong project and technical acumen. Must have some awareness of commercial and pricing issues; customer journeys; product validities and interdependencies
