-Coordinating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
-Coordinate with internal functions on on boarding and selection formalities
-Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
المهارات
1. Minimum 8 years of recruitment.
2. Proven track records in hiring top caliber candidates.
3. Proven track records in hiring senior passive candidates.
4. Abu Dhabi government recruitment is preferred.
5. Bachelor degree
6. CIPD, CHRM,SHRM, ….will be preferred but not a must.
7. Available to join immediately or in a short notice period.
8. Experience with multinational companies especially in defense, aerospace, aviation field would be an added advantage
