Job Description:
Main tasks / job description
Technical Expertise
Build and install PCs and peripheral devices related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with company standards.
Manage racked network equipment’s, understand interconnectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain installed PCs, AV systems and peripherals through preventive maintenance procedures.
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with applications, services, network or hardware systems.
Use request logging system to accurately record support requests & incidents.
Customer Support
Provide technical advice and guidance to clients regarding incidents.
Migrating client devices through update release cycles.
Maintain client databases with up to date solutions and clear record of activities.
Service Management
IT vendor management to ensure their on-time services.
Ensure work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with company guidelines.
Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to IT manager.
Identify potential changes and process improvements to present to senior team members for consideration and implementation.

Desired candidate profile:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2 – 5 years IT service delivery experience in a customer facing environment • Should have knowledge in ITIL standards and processes
Should be well versed in Microsoft Windows/ Office/ Exchange user environment and troubleshooting
Knowledge in Enterprise IT network infrastructure
Knowledge in AV infrastructure, installation & interconnectivity
Excellent communication skills and logical thinking ability
