• Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of Parking Management System, Parking Guidance System, Parking Counting System, Automatic Number Plate Recognition System, Access Control System, CCTV, Gate Barriers.
• Managing technicians, team and sub-contractors to complete projects within specific deadlines.
• Preparing Inspection requests, material submittals and inspections, technical submittals and queries etc.
• Prepare shop drawings. get approval as per requirements from client/consultant.
• Conducting site surveys for new upcoming projects and estimation for the system requirements.
• Responsible for profitability of the projects.
• Responsible for rising of requisition for material of various projects.
• Responsible for payment certificate collection from main contractor.
• Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing and keeping material update records at site.
• Responsible for inspection request for approval from the consultants.
• Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirement.
• Taking approval from BDM/Divisional Manager for deployment of subcontractors.
• Inspection request/check list for approval from the consultants/Main contractor.
• Execution of works as per Main contractor’s construction program.
• Time card filling of laborers.
• Quality (Visual Inspection) & Quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.
• Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.
• Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures.
