الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: Develop regional business development strategy, market entry strategy and most efficient route-to-market Develop new product markets; ensure revenue growth through appropriate go-to-market approach Develop and maintain sales and supply chain forecast Based on regional market requirement contribute in development of new products Define Channel Partner / Distributor relationship / channel / pricing strategy Provide sales and marketing support to Channel Partners; manage and motivate Channel Partners throughout the region Develop and monitor regional marketing / sales / work plans Foster direct relationship with key accounts in regional markets Ensure that Channel Partners receive adequate support and service (marketing, sales promotion, sales admin, delivery, quality, technical support) Competitive intelligence المهارات This is a senior level position and the incumbent is expected to bring along with him extensive knowledge and demonstrated capability of markets, products and customers in the field of stationery, writing instruments and office supplies around the region. Experience of (leading by example) business development in regional markets is a must. Business graduate with specialization / diploma in international marketing is preferable. Knowledge and essential skills: Experienced in sales management and in managing distribution channels Analytical problem solving and fast decision making capabilities in a well-organized manner Highly motivated, determined to succeed Assertive but diplomatic; experience of working in diverse cultures and understand sensibilities; language skills Possessing in-depth knowledge of regional competitive and legislative environment Location تفاصيل الوظيفة
