Established Real Estate Developers in Dubai are looking to hire Chinese Property Consultants to their sales team
The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.
Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
Attend to all sales inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of service.
Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in UAE and aboard and study factors influencing property market.
Networking with prospective clients and channel partners
Collect full details of projects and arranging viewings to potential clients.
Attend property events such as exhibitions and property launchings.
Record data regularly and prepare periodic company reports in a timely manner.

Skills:
Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.
Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement.
Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft products.
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
Self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible in order to achieve results
Requirement :-
Bachelor’s degree
Real Estate or Financial Services background
At least two years of general sales experience, with minimum of one year in real estate sales
UAE Driving License is required
