Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Manager. You will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager
Job band definition:
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing his sales activities in a designated area to achieve sales and company objectives. He will further develop and grow existing clients based in the Middle East and will be responsible for front line business development and account management.
Main areas of responsibility:
• Manage existing client relationships at different levels across the business and IT departments
• Conduct market research and customer analyses
• Front line business development and account management activities
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
• Build and review business pipeline regularly with line manager and maintain balance between the year revenue targets and longer term opportunities
• Shares and communicates leads and/or opportunities outside the Middle East region
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
• Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
• Preparation of activity reports and presentation to management team
• Attending marketing events and exhibitions
المهارات
Competencies & Skills:
• Business degree or related professional qualification
• Experience in Sales Management at least 5 years, prior experience in the financial software industry is preferred
• Sufficient knowledge of payment solutions technology
• Expert in negotiation and presentation
• Very good communication skills , both written and verbal
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical skills
• Significant business knowledge of Middle East countries
• Fluent English speaker, Arabic is an asset
• Able to travel up to 70%
Requirements
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
• Experience with relevant software applications
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Knowledge of market research
• Solid decision-making and problem solving skills
• Experience in Sales Management at least 5 years, prior experience in the financial software industry is preferred
