The Senior Manager Contractor Integration position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the supply and integration of the 50,000+ contractor workforce members who will support Expo 2020. This role also will ensure the necessary integration and management of the Contractor journey.
At Event Time, this position participates in the leadership of the consolidated HR and Workforce functions within Workforce Operation.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Delivery and management of functional plans, operational plans for all services to be delivered within the Contractor Integration;
- Responsible for the design and delivery of the Contractor Portal;
- Liaise between Expo 2020 functional areas and contractor organisations to ensure that they have solutions in place to source the necessary workforce to support Expo 2020;
- Monitor contractor organisations in the workforce delivery processes such as selection, training, mobilisation, and retention of their workforce members;
- Identify potential sourcing solutions for contractor workforce;
- Establish and maintain good relationships with large contractor organisations who will bring workforce to the Event;
- Recruit, lead and develop functional area team;
- Manage a team of local employees for workforce operations, provide on the job coaching and up skilling to develop their expertise and knowledge.
المهارات
8+ years’ relevant experience, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in engaging with higher management;
- Negotiation Skills;
- Advanced MS office in particularly Excel;
- Experience working on previous international mega events.
