Technical Manager
المهارات
-Must Have at least 10+ years of product development, R&D;experience and quality control of dairy products. Experience in recombined dairy products is a must.
-Must have at least 5+ years of managing technical departments in the dairy industry and at least 2 years in re-combined milk products.
-Must have an extensive ingredient and materials applications experience.
-Must have knowledge in food chemistry, statistical analysis, and quality control as used in designing experiments and measuring process’s parameters.
-Must be creative, pro-active, have the ability to “think outside the box” and accepts or creates new ideas and takes calculated risks on new products and process development.
-Must be a strong communicator (verbally and in written form) to share his experience, knowledge, finding and proposal with his superiors, peers and subordinates.
