We offer a solution to organisations in U.A.E. and Middle-East who are not able to recruit internal due to the lack of recruitment skills, or who want to save money on hiring locally.
With our solution organisations can rely on a service that is more economically while relying on a partner that is close by.
We recruit tailor-made technical, digital and technological experts and this to the needs of our clients. We work remotely from our offices in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed.
Currently, we offer this solution to European clients already and now we want to expand our activities to the U.A.E. market.
To bring this solution to organisations in the U.A.E. we are looking for a business developer/sales executive who will be responsible for the expansion of our regional portfolio.

For this position, we are looking for someone who loves sales, who likes to hunt for new clients and who is dying to grow with our company.
A person who strongly believes in the future of the U.A.E. and that therefore also knows that organisations need a flexible HR solution.
You are a professional match when:
/ When it comes to communication, you and your phone are inseparable, just like Fish & Chips. (but you prefer pizzas because from time to time we have pizzas at the office)
/ You are proud to present your daily results and you are not afraid to make new suggestions and propose new ideas.
You are a sales match when:
You understand what our client needs
&
You understand what the buyer wants.
You are socially active and use a variety of marketing skills.
Sales technology helps you to achieve your goals and you manage your pipeline like a portfolio.
LinkedIn has no secrets to you & you like cold calling. (yes we still believe that this is the way to success)
You will be fitting the job when:
/ You have a valid driver license for U.A.E.
/ You have your own car
/ You are aware of the roads in U.A.E. and you don’t mind the traffic
/ You have sales experience in construction and/or technology
/ Having insight into the U.A.E. market and labour regulations is a plus
OR
/ You have at least 6 years sales experience of which at least 3 years sales experience in the U.A.E.
You enjoy working with targets! (your salary will be fixed salary + commission)
