The Regional HR Professional, Shared Services MEA role is a key role reporting to Shared Service Team Leader,MEA. You will be based in Dubai and will be a part of team who is involved in supporting the HR Shared Service function on matters pertaining to regular transaction/administration of employees’ life cycle. You will focused and responsible for dealing with internal and external stakeholder for day to day HR matters in order to deliver business objectives. You will provide expertise for the full scope of the HR operations, which includes employee onboarding/off-boarding, HRIS and Payroll operations.
As a member of the regional HR team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your expertise to deliver our business objectives for the region across our entire portfolio.
As an experienced Regional HR Professional, Shared Services MEA you will be using your expertise to handle day to day HR operational transactions. You will be supporting the team on matters pertaining to HRIS and Payroll operations for MEA region. You will be first point of contact for matters like leave systems, various employee related lettersand personal record filings in-line with audit requirements. You will be supporting HR Business Partners on matters pertaining to employees’ life cycle which includes entire Off-boarding activity and also responsible for Full and final settlement process for the GCC region. You will be also supporting the team with employee on-boarding which will also involve managing the entire Background Verification process.
As an experienced HR Professional you will be using your solid analytical skills for providing various monthly and ad hoc reports to Finance, HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders in MEA region. You will be part of various projects like yearly merit reviews, performance reviews etc., ensuring that the data is updated/uploaded with utmost accuracy in- line/coordination with total rewards team. You will be maintaining and updating MIS, management reports and HR Dashboard (UAE). You will be using your expertise on payroll for GCC to validate, compile the data and to provide the same to our payroll team and also with our external payroll vendors. You should be assertive communicator, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have positive attitude which will help to follow the best HR practices for the region.

Required
Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations role, solid experience in HR operations, HRIS & Payroll.
Knowledge or Exposure payroll operations.
Experience in preparing HR ADHOC reports.
Experience in managing employing Employee off-boarding process which includes full and final settlement, Merit increases.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in Office Applications.
Fluent in English
