As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, providing a full overview of our products and offerings, support to all venues as the first point of contact for our customers. You should have the proven ability to respond swiftly to the needs of our customers, you will provide responses to customer feedback, take bookings over the phone, track customer payments and refunds, ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up and report on safety and injury management. Your exceptional influencing and relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our customers feel special and leave every interaction with that ‘wow’ feeling.
Skills
• Previous Call Center Environment experience at least 2 years (outbound sales essential)
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Intermediate I.T skills
• Team player who has the ability to build relationships
• Excellent command of English and Arabic
• Outgoing Personality
• Reliable and a positive attitude to work
Due to the nature of the job you will also need to have an excellent communication skills, exceptional telephone manner and lots of self-motivation. Our office environment is friendly and energetic, a fun place where hard work is both recognised and rewarded.
