Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Working on exciting creative campaigns for rebranding and launching projects. Ensuring all creative work fits the brief given and achieves the target goals. Working closely with other areas of the organization to execute creative campaigns. Delivering creative content of the highest quality. Attend sales presentations to help clients understand the creative angle of each marketing program. Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly. Building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projects. Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques. Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements. Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments. Oversee style guide and asset development for all product categories and demographics المهارات Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or other relevant fields. 8+ years proven experience in Graphic designing.
