Open to any nationality
Male, 45 years old and below
At least 5 years of experience in real estate industry
With extensive market knowledge in Dubai and Sharjah, and RERA laws and practices
Familiar with leasehold and freeholds, commercial real estate, rentals and occupancy costs
Proficient in using CRM, Microsoft Office and specialist property management software
Set and adjust rent according to individual state and/or municipal law
Advertise vacancies and negotiate lease with interested tenants
Resolve complains and enforce rules of occupancy
Supervise repairs and maintenance jobs
With UAE Driver’s license
Can join immediately is preferred (max 1-month)
Work location: Al Nahda, UAE
Salary up to 8,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and benefits
