The Associate Manager One Stop Shop is responsible for supporting the delivery of an excellent and seamless Participant’s Operational Journey through leading and project managing specific work streams and work in collaboration with different teams to deliver projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of services
Main responsiblities of the role include:
- Support the management in building and organizing the One Stop Shop covering various stages of the participant journey;
- Support the development and mapping of services and processes for the participant’s operational journey;
- Participate in building the participant operational journey database;
- Support management in the delivery of the participants’ operational journey;
- Manage projects and work streams as assigned in alignment with overall objectives.
المهارات
4 + years’ of experince in operational planning and delivery, as well as:
- A degree in business management or related field;
- Demonstrate strong project planning and organization skills;
- Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
- People and relationship building skills;
- Desirable (advantageous) experience in federal and/or local government services and operations;
- Knowledge of UAE customer service, excellence programs and awards;
- Background in business consulting in various projects.
