A. Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
• Monitor Service Desk tickets assigned and process first-in first-out based on priority
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Assist with onboarding of new users
• Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
• Responsible for Help-desk support/Dealing with various Customer issues
• Track of Service Tickets on Service Desk
• Responsible for Operating on Active Directory
• Maintain various databases of the IT/Communication Department
• Basic trouble-shooting of IT/Communication issues on & off - sites
• Responsible for maintenance of Documentation of IT/Communications Department
B. Qualifications:
• Excellent experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users’ problems
• Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications)
• Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows Microsoft Office latest releases
• Excellent client configuration of networking and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in remote control tools
C. Education / Qualifications:
• Any IT /Computer/Technology Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
D. Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
E. Certifications:
• A+, ITIL, Network+ and Microsoft Windows 10 active certifications (passed the exam)/Microsoft office and Cisco certification are preferred

G. U.A.E. Residents only with transferable visa.
