Role Purpose:
Coordinate and provide services in all matters related to government departments and offices including General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Labor Office, Civil Defense, Municipalities, Traffic Department, Police, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, and Personal Status Courts.
Key Accountabilities:
-Review all transactions of the Labor Office for all employees and renew all labor cards.
-Renew residence permit, issue exit / final exit Visas, transfer sponsorships, transfer of information, and grant visa extensions.
-Process and update all personnel files and maintain work contracts with signatures.
-Help the company employees with visa arrangements in different embassies.
-Represent the company in courts for any labor disputes.
-Follow-up with municipalities and the civil defense to issue or renew municipality licenses and civil defense permits for all showrooms and offices in the UAE.
-Renew the commercial records in the Ministry of Commerce and issue any amendment or procedure at the committees of inspection.
-Renew subscriptions at the Chamber of Commerce and push to decrease costs.
-Finalize all selling/purchases of company vehicles at the traffic department, renew vehicles’ licenses, and follow up of any accidents and other related procedures.
-Receive and compare quotes receiving from different intermediaries and suggest the best options to the management.
-Coordinate with service centers like telecommunications and electricity companies for submission of requests and follow up of complaints.
-Coordinate with the department managers to ensure that the company and its showrooms are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations
-Coordinate with contractors and obtain approvals for any new offices/showrooms including any approvals required for changes in layouts.
-Prepare official letters to the public or private sector.
-Maintain and update the company’s legal documents and ensure their proper documentation.
-Act as a reference to all public relations matters for the company.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar fields
-Minimum five experience in a similar role and comparable organizations
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Emirati labor law and its procedures and processes
-Established relations with official and governmental administration and key stakeholders
-Proficient in both Arabic and English written and oral communication skills
-MS Office Proficiency
