Address Fountain Views is looking for Service Plus Operator (Telephone Operator) to join our pre-opening team 2nd quarter of 2019.
He/she will ensure that the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction will be achieved in the Telephone Operation whilst maximizing telephone and other related revenue in accordance with the operating procedures and standards.
To resolve all queries, requests, issues and complaints in a discreetly efficient manner and to the Guests’ satisfaction.
المهارات
• High School Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Hotel.
• Minimum 1 year experience in comparable role within a hotel or hospitality organisation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Opera and Telephone Switchboard
• Adaptable and flexible to various work conditions
• Result oriented
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English)
• Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment.
• Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times
• Organized and demonstrates good planning skills
• Proactive to address and resolve issues.
