Address Fountain Views is looking for Service Plus Supervisor to join our pre-opening team 2nd quarter of 2019.
The Service Plus Supervisor (Telephone Supervisor) will be directly responsible for the Service Plus Operation and ensures guest satisfaction in a friendly and caring manner.
To resolve all queries, requests, issues and complaints in a discreetly efficient manner and to the Guests’ satisfaction.
المهارات
• High School Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Hotel.
• 4 years experience in comparable role within a hotel or hospitality organisation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Opera and Telephone Switchboard
• Adaptable and flexible to various work conditions
• Result oriented
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English)
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
