Responsible for representing EHG and leading the Expo 2020 Culinary/F&B;Department in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the daily activities of food preparation in all the kitchens, restaurants and the event operations. Be pro-active and researches on new food trends and food technology to be showcased in Expo 2020. Integrate with Expo 2020 Dubai strategies “Connect minds, Creating the future” and subthemes – Mobility, Sustainability and Opportunity develop F&B;theme and operational plans.
