The area: Sales Operations
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures the Client’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The role: EMEA Premium Content Specialist, Go to Market
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Team Description:
The EMEA Content Solutions team centrally supports the regional sales teams by providing the go-to-market ‘Why, What and How’ of YouTube content strategy + solutions.
Using our expert knowledge of content, creative formats, audiences, comms planning, inventory, products and data combined with our sheer love and excitement for the platform, we help the Client think and act like the coolest, smartest platform in the universe to offer solutions at scale that evidence our unique value proposition.
Responsibilities:
Use our tools, Customer feedback and YouTube Partnerships input to build the solution for Brands to access to the most popular, engaging and verified content on YouTube
Scale GP through sales collateral (narrative, one pagers, media plans, websites), event + activation support (training, collateral) and proof points (performance benchmarks, best practices, case studies)

Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated strong performance with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and analytical / problem solving / strategic initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the TV and/or Sponsorship and Digital advertising landscape.
- Fluency in Arabic with a good cultural/content knowledge of the MENA market
- Proven leadership skills: managing complex customer relationships, driving significant revenue, creating “win-win” environment that builds value in the long term.
- Demonstrable solutions skills: understanding of (Google and) YouTube’s branding offer across products and ability to combine into compelling customer proposals.
- Strong influencing skills with experience of working with and creating compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ideally an understanding of the tools and systems that underpin the delivery of programmes and packages (e.g., BART, Greentea, Arcata) and also experience preferred with SQL or the Client’s internal databases and media planning tools.
