Our client an International Engineering Consultancy is looking for an Operations Manager in the UAE to be responsible for the Transmission & Distribution business.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for developing relationships with the Government entities and external & internal stake holders.
Duties include:
• Maintain and Improve working relationships with clients dealing in power & transmission
• Project Finance cost management
• Quarterly & Annual Operational forecast
• Operational strategy 1,3,5 year plan
• Project Implementation
• Setting standards for HV,LV,MV safety & Planning
• Review Documents for Projects
• management responsibility of Project management & Engineers.
المهارات
You will have proven experience in transmission & distribution ( Minimum 10 years), you will also have UAE experience and have relationships with the utilities authorities. You will be able to develop and manage staff in a multi-cultural Office/site, degree educated in ideally Electrical but relevant experience and an Engineering degree will be considered.
