الوصف الوظيفي Develop, monitor, write, edit, proofread and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories, and take ownership in their day-to-day business administration on assigned accounts Thoroughly and professionally respond to all customer compliance requests with a sense of urgency Develop expertise in the partners’ e-commerce websites/portals, its policies and procedures Work with product management, sales, graphics and video department to provide up-to-date content for assigned accounts that will be shared across all e-commerce platforms Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, content re-purposing and new product listing Prepare content and strategic recommendations for regular presentation to and for review by supervisor, VP of Digital Marketing, CMO, and CEO Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media asset optimization, parent-child variation factors, inventory and/or pre-order Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet multiple deadlines at once, while maintaining attention to detail المهارات Highly organized and detailed oriented Multi-tasker who can self-manage his or her time proactively Must be flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills Business data analysis and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations Exceptional organizational skills and troubleshooting ability Proficient in administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel Basic knowledge of database systems تفاصيل الوظيفة |
