To manage all accounting operations of the company, based on accounting principles, reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices. Maintain smooth flow of liquidity and cash of the business, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
• Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Process reimbursement forms and prepare payments after verifying documentation
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Preparing MIS reports for Finance Department
• Preparing quarterly/annual profit/loss statements and balance sheet schedules
• Responsible for bank reconciliation, developing periodic reports for management
• Accountable for uploading all the required financial data in Insurance Authority portal and maintain other digital and physical financial records internally
• Preparing cash flow statements
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
