الوصف الوظيفي Generate inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances by terminals and clients Responsible for diagnosing the cause of inventory variances Assist the organization in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory management Responsible for communicating with all terminal/depot managers and country/location representative on inventory levels and product receipt. Monitoring inventory transactions Reconcile inventory accounts to the general ledger Prepare end of the months reports as needed Coordinate and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices and actual materials delivered/supplied To ensure the Health & Safety environment in the Warehouse Maintained inventory management system for all locations, product, and vendors via terminal Automation system (TAS) المهارات A minimum of four years experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required. An understanding of GAAP/IFRS in relation to inventory. Is flexible and able to work as part of a team. Proficient in MS Excel. Oracle experience. Analytical skills – inventory accountants call upon their analytical skills to find areas to reduce costs and improve loss prevention efforts Attention to detail – persistence and a strong attention to detail is required to find and address inventory variances Organizational skills – when conducting physical inventory counts, inventory accountants summon their organizational skills to get everything done as accurately as possible تفاصيل الوظيفة |
