POSITION: 4D and BIM Coordinator
SALARY: up to 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality, preferably Chinese
Male, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Recognized degree/diploma in a relevant field i.e. drafting technology, engineering, construction, information management, information technology is preferred but relative prior experience may also be considered
At least five years of experience in design engineering
Extensive knowledge in using Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Infraworks, After effects and Primavera
Familiar with British BIM Standards
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead and train a team of BIM engineers/modelers and coordinate between them and report directly to BIM manager
Ensure that BIM data is compatible, consistent and accurate
Ensure that all CAD and BIM data delivered to client are compliant with the BIM Execution Plan, manual and using agreed IT solutions
Ensure all sub-contractors/consultants are following BEP, Speciation and all BIM project Documents
Create Clash detection reports & Models Review QA/QC
Modeling and Coordination of different system if needed
Assist in maintaining BIM Manual updated as necessary with BIM Manager
Create, monitor and review the 4D simulation of construction sequencing
4D Model or Animation to demonstrate construction sequencing and document temporary works, health and safety use of the model
Coordinate 4D information between planning, construction, control and technical teams
Align models breakdown with the programme WBS
Prepare 4D models, monthly 4D progress reports and 4D constructability
Record 4D BIM issues in the observation reports
Perform QA /QC checks on 4D models and Validation for the information in the 4D models
Animation - rendering and presentation.
Provide training for the contractor, construction and planning team, and resident engineers
Support project teams with the use of 3D generated site logistics and site phasing
Develop and implement project 4D strategy
Prepare and deliver presentations to client management teams
