POSITION: Production Manager
SALARY: up to 20,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company sim, company car and company will provide allowance for free airline ticket for family ( wife and up to 2 children) yearly and other benefits as per UAE labor Law

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to Arabic, Pakistani, Indians and European nationals
Male, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
BS in Engineering, Science or related technical degree
Management experience in a manufacturing environment
10-15 years in Production Area/ Factory or Technical Departments of Metal Manufacturing companies
Broad experience with Metal Production. Experience in Team handling is an advantage
Candidates from Sheet Metal Manufacturing Sector or same industry is an ideal choice
Very good personality and extensive technical knowledge on Metal products
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead plant production and maintenance processes
Process owner for assigned area within the plant.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Provide direction, coaching and counseling to production and maintenance Team Members
Work closely with the Management Team to maintain a safe and highly efficient manufacturing environment.
Set standards and implement all maintenance in area of responsibility
Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures and insure compliance
