Job Purpose:
To ensure branch is profitable, operations are smooth and legal requirements are met. Lead the team and utilize the resources fully
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
• Ensure all employees are trained properly in specific areas & functions
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Ensure punctuality and discipline at the store
• Ensures compliance of employees with security, hygiene, sales, and record keeping
• Report all employees related issues to HR on timely manner.
• Work closely with PRO to ensure that all Municipality requirements are met as per law.
Operations
• Maintaining proper inventory management and store activities.
• Ensure all branch assets are well functional, periodic maintenance is done as per schedule.
• Ensure temperatures in each section & equipment is controlled as per standards.
• Ensure proper promotional activities are done as per the plan
• Ensure all reports, such as purchase, inventory and sales, are accurate and timely available
• Monitor store cleanliness, appearance and maintenance as per company policy.
• Orders goods or prepares requisitions to replenish goods on hand.
• Monitor and verify vendors’ activities in store.
• Monitoring high and slow running products and inform the purchasing manager
• Coordinates with Marketing department for sales promotion activities
• Ensure inventory records are matching with the physical counts.
• Work closely with PRO to arrange all type of Government permissions when required
Finance
• Ensure given sales targets and profit margins are achieved.
• Responsible for achieving a greater sales increase over the previous year in sales
• Reconciling cash and deposit to the Company on daily basis as per policy.
• Any other assignment/task/duty assigned by the management time to time
المهارات
Preferred: Master degree in any discipline
Mandatory: Graduation degree in any discipline.
Must be able to explain and demonstrate tasks assigned.
• Effectively handle stressful periods of peak activity.
• Effectively use interpersonal skills to delegate work
• Communications skills and ability to understand profit & loss of any business.
