- Prepare and finalize Strategic Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan for the company’s product portfolio in assigned markets
- Identify and appoint the right-fit distributor and/or channel partners in these assigned markets.
- Manage these distributors closely
- Regularly visit all assigned markets to understand the company’s position vs the competitors
- Handle private label and industrial bulk business
