-Coordinate and supervise Project execution.
Sites Visits assigned project sites as required to assess key/critical issues and initiates necessary action in coordination with Consultants, Vendors, -Project managers & Contractors for resolution.
-Ensure implementation of “Quality Standards” as per Client standards.
-Ensures proper documentation of audit and site inspection findings and follows up accordingly.
-Reviews reports and submissions by Consultants and Contractors on project and provides advice or recommendations to ensure appropriate support to enhance project quality and efficiency.
-Monitors overall project progress and follows up as required.
-Checks Method Statements for execution of different works and controls the same at site.
-Maintains productive relationships with Consultants & Contractors on all Property -Management issues to ensure the effective improvement of project quality and efficiency.
-Manage documentation and close out process of project.
-Keeps abreast of new technologies, engineering knowledge and construction material
