الوصف الوظيفي
-This position will be responsible for the design, evaluate and select vendors for installation of complex integrated fire alarm and home security systems (wired and wireless) includes wiring, sensors, ATE, other equipment, IOT platform and programming.
-Expert in various code of fire and home security system, prepare statement of work and installation guide, UL and EN are key reference for product certification.
-Evaluate and propose electronic test equipment to troubleshoot complicated problems during installation and system support.
-Propose and establish technical lab for digital home system testing and certification (fire sensors, security device, home automation and others)
-Reads and interprets blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
-Readjust equipment, repair or replace inoperative equipment and recommend corrective action.
-Performs system checks and acceptance for proper operation.
-Knowledge of IP receiver and IOT platform for home automation, experience with key player (UTC, Honeywell, Tyco is key value)
-Ability to analyze information and diagnose complex home fire and security system problems.
-Can work unsupervised to complete assigned task.
-Conduct in house and End- User training
-Ability to isolate troubleshoot customer network and monitoring system, where applicable.

-Familiarity with software development concepts
-Strong exposure to mobile apps on Apple or Android devices
-Experience with IP addressable security devices and alarm system (min 5 years)
-Familiarity with vinous fire codes UL /EN and IOT technology trend
-Highly organized, results-oriented and attentive to details; self-motivated, proactive and independent
-High level of personal integrity and cultural fit consistent with Client’s core values
-Must have a can-do attitude and must be able to thrive as a contributing member of a team
-Certification and Strong references from prior jobs is must
