Job Description and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical, mechanical, avionics or similar engineering disciplines.
Experience/ qualification/ training in any programming language will be an advantage
Minimum 8-10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in the following areas; military aviation
services, particularly in the military aircraft maintenance, repair environment and related overhaul
programs, engineering changes/aircraft systems, modifications and other aircraft related engineering,
including; design, repair, modification certification, testing, etc. and similar development.
English Language Communication Skills
IELTS Band Score of 6.5
Professional Skills:
Strong knowledge of the MRO and military aviation business environment
Ability to conduct technical discussions with customers, OEMs and suppliers.
Must have experience with CAD, spreadsheets and data processing software
Strong attention to details and follow-through skills
Ability to understand, track, drill-down the issues in all functional areas and make sound technical and
operational decisions
Experienced working in Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
Proficient in special software suits like AutoCAD, Simulink, Matlab, CATIA etc. if required to perform
sectional deliverables, are a high plus
Good knowledge and understanding of airline maintenance and engineering operations.
Sound knowledge in broad aircraft systems.
