Sales Promoter with Retail experience (Chinese national only)

Job Description
 Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
 Achieve Sales Target
 Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
 Advises customers by providing information on products.
 Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
 Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
 Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
 Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
 Follow and achieve department’s sales and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
 Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
 Actively seek out customers in store
 Cross sell products
 Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
 Build productive trust relationships with customers
