Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Oracle Human Resources and Payroll applications implementation including minimum 5 ERP implementation cycles which includes UAE localization experience in the relevant modules
Conduct project activities in line with project plan and scope within time, quality, and budget constraints
Conduct business requirements gathering sessions
Assist in Building integration with Legacy systems
Proficiency in Arabic language is a must
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS: Core HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, Performance Management & SSHR.
