-Preparation of the monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of operating results, the financial position and variance explanations.
Preparing the monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with the GM in forecasting their overheads.
-Assist with preparation of group company reporting package
DECISION SUPPORT
-Support & manage day-to-day commercial operations
-Execution of business strategy including marketing, selling, and profitability improvement
-Analyzing KPI\’s to understand potential growth areas and areas of the business where opportunities exist.
-Collaborating with key stakeholders, to establish KPI targets and to provide variance analysis
-Understanding market trends, dynamics, price/volume trends, outlooks, recommend actions that lead to profitable growth
-Assessing markets risk and the impact on pricing and inventory management
-Supporting sales & marketing with analysis aimed at customer retention, pricing, business at risk, new business and business lost impacts
-Developing pricing strategies and owning the management of pricing process

-10 years experience in both a controlling and commercial role
-Excellent stakeholder management skills
-Sales planning skills
-Excellent technical capability
