الوصف الوظيفي
As the HR Manager for Performance and Rewards, you will be responsible for comparing HR related performance metrics and KPI’s with other areas of the company. You will drive consistency and bring competency to performance management across the business in a way that will be embraced by employees, and will produce tangible results.
You will have responsibility of managing, developing, and implementing Total Reward and Performance Management systems for the business unit in line with the HR strategy and ensuring market competitiveness. By reviewing and updating competency frameworks and ensuring they are inline with the organisations capabilities, you will be responsible for creating future leaders to support the business
المهارات
-8 - 10 years experience in HR, at least 5 being within Reward and Performance and at Management level
-Bachelor’s degree in HR Management (or similar). MBA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification from an internationally recognised business school.
-In-depth knowledge of organisational behaviour, development and change management techniques.
