الوصف الوظيفي Leading the whole project of warehouse Automation’s. Commissioning work in Site, start up in site and Pr-commissioning tasks. UAT, FAT and SAT and Prepare projects BOM bill of materials. Planning for spare avoiding any type of failure and 5S / Kaisens. Preparing and studying technical SOP related to machine operations. Planning for SPM & NPM of Warehousing Automation system & Robotics system and Spare planning for Site. Lead rigging crews during project Installation & Commissioning of mechanical & Electrical and ensure timely Completion of Project. Performing Bar code Testing, PLC Programming, Robotic Arm testing with help of Solenoid. Reported to Manager about site related issues (Daily submittals, Inspection requests, Quality, Safety, Progress, Resources, Risk, Material and maintenance and Service etc.) In-depth Knowledge of Electrical controls, Wiring, PLC Programming, Motor & VFD Drives. Installation of new Machinery, Including-Cabling, Start-up, Commissioning and fault diagnosis. Installation and program of Robot /AGV and Conveyor. Installation of Packaging conveyor and DWS data logic system knowledge. Installation and maintenance of Lift and lift conveyor. Maintenance of Forklift machine and servicing. Installation of Weighing machine and Service and maintenance. Auto-cad Knowledge & PLC Knowledge. Work under pressure and handle the breakdown maintenance and services.
