-Administration, Configurations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Fortinet Web Application Firewall (WAF), Thycotic Privilege Account Management (PAM) & ArcSight Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) related issues.
-Management & Administration of Security devices remotely all over the UAE including Fortinet WAF, Thycotic PAM & ArcSight SIEM.
-Administration, Configurations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of RSA SecureID Authentication Manager.
-Experience on HTTP protocol concepts, regex developing and strong working knowledge of web application security.
-Develop and deploy content for a complex ArcSight infrastructure; including use cases that involve Dashboards, Active Channels, Reports, Rules, Filters, Trends, and Active Lists.
-Develop custom Flex Connectors on ArcSight as required to meet use case objectives.
-Participate in the operation of ArcSight SIEM, to include; ArcSight ESM, Oracle, Connector appliances, SmartConnectors , Logger appliances, -Windows and Linux servers and a variety of network and security related devices.
-Coordinating and conducting event collection, log management, event management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring activities on ArcSight.ss
المهارات
-Experience in developing SOC content & play books for 24/7 monitoring.
-Experience in building Telecom security use cases and security log integration.
-Administration, Configurations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Linux Systems related issues.
-Provide call out support on all L2/L3 escalations 24*7.
-Must possess strong knowledge in virtualization technologies and their related security requirements.
-Design and hands-on experience of different information security products.
-Good documentation and presentation skills.
-Information & security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCNP (Security), JNCIP (Security), ITIL etc.
-Experience of working in ITIL based operations -Environment including but not limited to Change -Management, Incident Management & Problem Management.
