Our client is recruiting for a Service Engineer.
You will report to the head of product support and quality and be responsible for installation, maintenance and service of processing machines across the MENA region.
Duties include:
• High quality service repair
• Build relationships with external stakeholders using excellent technical expertise
• Install processing machines at customers sites
• Conduct inhouse training for customers
• Provide telephone support to customers
المهارات
Job requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Fluent in French and English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field service of high tech mechanical products ideally in the MENA region
• Good Communication skills
• You must be willing to travel up to 2 months at a time
