Engage Selection are assisting in the recruitment of an Assistant Development Manager / Development Coordinator for an established Real Estate Developer based in Dubai on a medium sized new build commercial office building based in Dubai.
The role will be based full time on the project and reports to the overall Development Manager who will manage a portfolio of Projects.
The project is currently at concept design stage and is scheduled for handover in the 2nd quarter of 2021.
Requirements
Engage Selection are looking to hear from applicants who are looking to develop their career from an early Architecture / Design / Project Management background. It is envisaged any applicants will have a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience and hold a degree in Architecture of Project Management.
In addition to an early career in such disciplines, we are looking to hear from energetic and organized individuals; people who are detail and solutions orientated; able to work of their own initiative; drive and ambition to progress their professional career and skills.
