Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Work with managers to develop, refine and adjust their staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Creating and revising job / role descriptions along with Line Manager.
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
• Leads employee recreation and recognition programs to make them feel little relax from their daily work schedule.
• Motivates employees within the organization through periodic meetings and address their concerns.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to manage difficult messages aimed at increased employee success/engagement and foster positive work attitudes.
• Implement strategies to increase employee engagement and motivation.
• Ensure and develop increased alignment between employee and departmental goals with overall company strategies.
• Develop competency to evaluate and utilize testing mechanisms for current/potential employees to identify inner potential, career growth opportunities and to support organizational development.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Handle visa processes for employees and maintaining department records and reports.
• Overseeing employee medical insurance.
• Analyze and implement training addressed at effective employee development/capabilities/retention.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Proven working experience at a senior level in HR Department.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Must have problem solving and counseling skills to overcome problems easily.
• Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Should be an effective in written communication and have ability to prepare reports, proposals, procedures, and policies.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
