1. Alarms monitoring on all VAS NEs
2. KPI monitoring, analyzing and reporting on all VAS NEs
3. Ensure all VAS nodes in network availability at all time.
4. Good knowledge of VAS Nodes such as (SMSC, SMS GW,USSD,MMS, etc )
5. Good knowledge with SMPP and SS7 protocols
6. Create trouble ticket and assign to 2nd line support in case of alarms or KPI degradation
7. Resolve customers’ Trouble Tickets
8. SLA Management
9. NOC Environment
10. Routine inspection
11. Work in shifts
