We are looking for a large format printers Sales manager / for Roland professional background in Large format Printers ( HP / Mimaki / Canon / Mutoh etc.) Salary + commission Languages -English. Nationality – Open Job details Duties/Responsibilities: • To increase sales volume through direct sales effort in assigned accounts, to engage in public relations. • To own and manage forecast pipeline. • Manage accounts and ensure that they are kept informed of any changes within the Company, including processes, services, products and solutions. • Working with salespeople to develop goals and then holding them accountable • Coaching the team to improve performance levels • Motivating the sales team to reach target and to increase market share • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for UAE and territories (Iran, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain). • Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products (Printers/Cutters/ UV Printers etc.) • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans . • Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners and add value to the selling process (newsletter). • Continually assess current dealer distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and ensuring alignment with territory plans (setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. • Generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base. • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate • Consistently use the company’s sales tools in order to capture, update and maintain all account related information for effective management of territory and sales cycles. • creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes. • Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services and solutions. • Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape to collect, investigate and validate competitive activity, to assist in developing relevant strategies. • Understand industry key business processes and applications to determine new opportunities across all company products and services. • Collaborate with to other departments and specialists to support the execution of account strategy. UAE experience is a must / UAE Driving license is a must , must have car , driving license & at least 5 years GCC experience.
