Offshore Integrity Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
-Directly promote sound Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management in
all activities associated with this role and promote the use of the Company
Behavioural Program.
-Ensure effective offshore co-ordination with Operations, A&OIA;, Maintenance
groups and the inspection contractors.
-Undertake planned inspections, opportunity inspections and anomaly / failure
investigations of process plant, vessels, pipework and structures to support
enhancement of the asset integrity assurance programs.
-Report inspection findings, provide specialist support and liaise between
groups regarding definition of Quality Plans for remedial works required.
-Ensure remedial works are undertaken, inspected and reported in accordance
with agreed Quality Plans.
-Focal point for advising offshore Operations / Maintenance regarding
application and suitability of temporary repairs on pipework and pressure
vessels.
-Develop inspection scope of work, provide offshore performance management
of Inspection Contractor(s) with ongoing review and periodic audit of personnel
competency and inspection activities undertaken for compliance with
procedures.
-Issue daily reporting of inspection / integrity activities and participate to the
morning integrity meeting with the Asset Integrity Manager and the relevant
Discipline Integrity Engineers.
-Support Operations in preparation for acceptance of Maintenance / Project
works offshore by witnessing key inspections / tests and review for
completeness of plant inspection and certification dossiers prior to
commissioning and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).

المهارات
Minimum Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
 American Petroleum Institute (API) 510 Certified Pressure Vessel Inspector.
 American Society of Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) Level II in Ultrasonic
(UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) and
Radiography Testing (RT).
 National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) or British Gas Painting
Coating Certifications.
 Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel (CSWIP) /
American Welding Institute (AWS) Welding Inspector.
Experience Profile
The jobholder should have all of the following as a minimum:
 Minimum 10 years in-service inspection experience (offshore);
 Minimum 5 years’ experience as OIE, in a regulated offshore oil & gas
environment in either North Sea, Europe, USA/Gulf of Mexico or Australia
would be an advantage;
