The Company
• A leading international developer of Power, Renewable Energy, Water & Infrastructure projects.
• This business unit is focused on the Middle East, Africa. CIS and South Central Asia.
The Opportunity
• Reporting to the CEO the Business Development Director will lead the development of Power, Renewable Energy, Water & Infrastructure projects across the region.
• The Business Development Director will lead negotiations and the relationship management with the co-investors and other stakeholders, which can be from the public or private sector.
• The Business Development Director will define the bidding strategy for projects under development, which will incorporate various types of technology associated with electricity and water production.
• You will lead the negotiation of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), EPC Contracts, O&M;Contracts and Financing Contracts.
• You will lead and manage the development process up until financial close is achieved.
المهارات
The Candidate
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering.
• 15 years experience in the development of international Energy or Infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working for a Developer or Contractor.
• Expertise in the international energy markets – especially Power Generation in the Middle East & Africa region.
• Expertise in developing complex techno-commercial proposals for IWPP, IPP and IWP projects.
