We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing interior design and fit out organization based in Dubai to expand our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with MEP contractors, consultants and architects to generate new leads, prospect and source new clients and develop a strong sales pipeline for commercial and industrial interior office, retail, hospitality.
Prepare and present client pitches, sales proposals, RFQs and RFPs and sales forecasting. Working closely with the project team and liaising with the client until contract handover.
المهارات
Essential Skills & Experience Required :7 -10 years similar experience and currently working in business development sales in the UAE in high end turnkey commercial, hospitality and corporate interior fit out contracting or design.
Strong background in cold / warm calling, industry networking and referral marketing. Previous experience working in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE with a proven career track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and ability to build a robust pipeline of business leads.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Education Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Candidate Profile Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Must be living in the UAE.
Fluent in English.
