o Coordinating with management to revamp & manage HR policies, manuals and procedures line with UAE Labor Law to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.
o Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
o Counseling the employees on the interpretation of policies and procedures to ensure that harmonious relationships and effective communications are maintained between Management and staff and resolve disciplinary issues.
o Maintain & enhance the open-door policy to all employees providing advice & guidance when needed regarding their issues or concerns or grievances.
o Coordinating with Functional Managers for operational support activities of the branches, serves as liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day to day administrative and operational problems.
o Implementation of ERP Software, HR Application Systems to streamline the HR Management Activities in organization.
o Recruitment- Posting Vacancy, Screening, Short listing, Conducting Preliminary Interview, other Recruitment & Selection Coordination with Dept. Heads.
o Compensation- Payroll, Time, Monthly Attendance & Leave, Annual Leave Salary Settlement/Encashment/Re-Imbursement Process Management.
o HR Correspondences (Offer Letter, Salary Certificate/STL/NOC/Salary Slip), circular, memo.
o Processing Payroll-WPS and designing CTC with the Management.
o Employee Medical Benefits-Coordination for New/ Renewal/ Cancellation of Employee Medical Insurance with Finance.
o PRO Coordination-Visa Process, handling & Disbursement of Legal Documents throughout Employee Life Cycle-Visa, Labor Contracts, Renewal, Cancellation Process etc.,
o Employee On-Boarding & Exit Procedures- Issue of Air Tickets, Visit Visa & Boarding Procedures in coordination with Travel Agents.
o HRISO Documentation- Annual HR Objective Achievement Analysis of Timely Recruitment & On boarding (TAT), Performance Analysis, Training Need Analysis- Training Calendar & Training Man-days for the Calendar Year & Attrition Report.
o Resource Allocation- Company Asset Management for the Staff.
o Handling Employee Queries on Timely Manner.
o Co ordinating with Operations Manager whenever task is required.
