Receiving customer service request, assess the service requirement
Timely and swift response to customers queries
Convert quote to order after receiving PO
Arrangement of air ticket, gate pass, visa application and follow up on approval
Coordinate with the customers for engineer planning and collect job preparation check list from FSE´s
Coordinate and ensure availability of spares required for the service
Ensure optimized travelling time and overtime in service job planning
Participate in briefing/debriefing of the Service Engineer
