• Ensure consistent branding across collaterals
• Support in implementing vertical level campaigns to achieve desired business objectives..
• Manage communication programs for Drs, departments ,in house brands & services launches
• Manage quality & effectiveness in communication programs for effective brand communication and reach. Creating effective marcom briefs, identifying insights and providing focussed communication objective.
• Support in managing and organising an effective rollout plan for communication across markets.
• To manage and enhance the look and feel of clinic by enhancing the patient experience through innovation in clinic engagements
• To develop communications to support the corporate initiatives
• Brand partnerships to build brand equity
Sales Campaigns
• Collaborate and Plan with Operations teams to create marketing plans to support the business and revenue objectives.
• Overall campaign designing & execution for service launch, department launch , re-launch, Dr joining promotions, corporate /insurance campaigns and sales campaigns
• Co-ordinate with retail operations & corporate teams and support in drafting the annual marketing calendar and ensure adherence to the same
• Ensure timely execution of marketing activities to get the maximum benefit
• Event planning and execution at unit level
Content Marketing
• Manage creation of effective marketing/sales collaterals, presentations, Dr content etc.
